About Me

I am a writer, environmentalist and life long learner based in London, but far from attached. Travel has always been my biggest aspiration and I have always found the most joy in new experiences. I like to expose myself to unique and challenging circumstances to better myself. Conversations are where magic happens. It will be a pleasure to meet you!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think this is one of the most authentic ways to interract with locals and experience the true culture of the country you are visiting. It is also a way to make genuine connections with people, which is what makes travel such an enriching experience.

I used Couchsurfing for my trip to India in 2014 and my trip to Australia in 2015. I had great experiences and found it to be a great introduction to these places.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Joined in on a pilgrimage to a temple in the Himalayas of India during Diwali. Incredible experience, even though I had food poisoning for the whole thing.

What I Can Share with Hosts

One of the things I enjoy sharing most is food. I am happy to cook for/with my hosts. I eat a vegan diet at home but am more flexible when I travel. My friends are usually very complimentary about my cooking!

I practice yoga and meditation daily and enjoy hiking and climbing - I'm happy to share these interests with hosts.

I'm also happy to help people improve their English should they feel like they want to!
