Music, Movies, and Books

I love finding new music through friends, especially when it gives me a window into another culture.
Infinite number of wonderful audiobooks: all of Tich Nhat Hanh's books; Ministry for the Future by Kim Stanley Robinson; Emergent Strategy by Adrienne Maree Brown; Top Five Regrets of the Dying, Bonnie Ware; Unbound, Kasia Urbaniak; Mission Economy: a Moonshot Guide to Changing Capitalism, Mariana Mazzucato; Song in a Weary Throat, Pauli Murray; Awakening to the Spirit World, Sandra Ingerman; Braiding Sweetgrass, Robin Wall Kimmerer, etc

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Night diving in San Diego with the magical grandson of a Brazilian shaman. A little wild octopus that changed colors and patterns as I approached; felt like she was speaking to me in her foreign language!

Teach, Learn, Share

Love to discuss insight meditation for enlightenment at the moment! :) Also would love to hear about any climate solutions... would love to talk about anything that you're passionate about!
I can teach acroyoga, yoga, Spanish, salsa dancing, acupressure for allergies, runic divination & some urban foraging!
