ABOUT ME

I love seeing new places and meeting new people. So far, my travels haven't taken me too far away from home, and now I would like to visit every continent except perhaps Antarctica. I live in Southern California pretty close to the beach and also to Disneyland and have nothing to complain about. The food is great, the people are nice, and the weather is pretty sunny and warm almost all the time. I love the ocean, sunshine, and sports--especially swimming. I'm a pretty easy going person that just likes to have a good time, whether it's snorkeling or trying out parasailing for the first time. I'm always up for discovering something new, whether it be a food or a place.

PHILOSOPHY

Live life without regret. Keep an open mind and an open heart. Try new things and appreciate differences. I live for the opportunity to see as much of the world and its beauty and its people as I can. I live for the joy of being with friends and family and for the memories I share with them.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am currently looking to surf on couches and as soon as I return home, I look forward to perhaps hosting people that want to see more of Southern California. I have lived my whole life in Irvine, and attend UCSD, so I know SoCal pretty well and have a lot to share.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like a wide range of movies, but I would say my favorite genre is probably action movies. I like many types of music, but my favorites are rock and alternative. I enjoy reading fiction.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Climbing to the top of Mt. Ngauruhoe aka Mt. Doom in New Zealand and sliding down the side of it down a snowy slope.
