I am a friendly, mature vegan gal, single, no kids, no ties (apart from my cat). I work as a self-employed freelance writer, editor and proof-reader, and live in the area of Croydon, Southern England. I live in a small one-bedroom flat, so there is not much space, but I can put someone up on my sofa-bed in the sitting-room for a short period of time, i.e. a few nights. When I am not working, I love reading, yoga, zumba, cooking, classical and folk music, and naturally, travelling and sightseeing. I think I would happily visit every country in the world if I could!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I hope to be able to find somewhere abroad to stay cheaply while travelling, and in return am willing to host travellers in my home. I am also hoping to find travelling companions for one or other of my planned trips abroad.
