About Me

CURRENT MISSION

to share love, peace, joy and gratitude and be one with all what is

Welcome to Upper Frankonia! I have settled here for some time, the area where I was born. As a long time traveller I am happy to meet you here and share what I have..the joy of life, some Yoga and meditation..a beautiful garden..
For many years I lived in Malaysia as my 'base'.. staying with friends in a village in Pahang. And I love the nature, the forest, the rivers, the sounds of the birds..the reminder that we are all one. We are all nature. So the last fifteen years or so I have mostly lived in Southeast Asia, many years in Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand and traveling through Indonesia and India - and I love Amma very much.
During the years in Thailand I have learnt about meditation and Yoga in a beautiful monastery that I enjoy practicing since and where I met many dear friends as well. It always happens that I meet people who enrich my life and visions and it is most important for me to share what we are, to be as authentic and sincere as we can and open up to new experiences and ways of thinking...expansion!!!
Hope to meet nice people with CS as well (as I already did..), to share experiences and spread love and peace to the world.

PHILOSOPHY

Life is only now - if not now, when?
ALL WE NEED IS LOVE!!!
Be grateful about everything, all what happens is good, even if I cannot understand it right away. Trust in the flow of life. Surrender and letting go...breathing in and breathing out.

"The path of love is very narrow, it cannot contain two" (from Kabir)
All is love - what is, is one. There is no separation. Only because I believe in 'my life story', 'my personality', 'my body'..thoughts and judgments..I myself create an identity which is only a dream, an illusion...something which is not truth because it needs time, past and future..and only NOW is TRUTH.
Melting away in the eternal love, never born or die..coming home to my real home!

Music, Movies, and Books

The best movies for me are the 'live movies'..every moment I open my eyes..the movie goes on...we have documentaries and action movies, love stories and dramas...and a lot of comedies..hahaha.
Just one of the best movies for me is: Matrix (the first one) and at the moment: Piram Lee, old Malay movies, very funny!
Many times I read a book for a long time, this year it's 'Be as you are' from Ramana Maharshi and 'Before I am' from Mooji. Then, I always read again "The Power of Now" from E. Tolle - such a great reminder when I get lost in the illusion.. - Besides that, I love to read the 'Autobiography of a Yogi' from Paramahansa Yogananda', 'Siddharta' from Hermann Hesse, the Koran and the Bible, 'The Little Prince' from Saint-Exupery, Poems from Goethe and Kabir.
And a great writer is : Masanobu Fufuoka! His book "The straw revolution" is eye-opening for me.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Living in the forest on an island in Malaysia for almost one year, planting vegies and fishing for daily food, making all ourselves without hardly any money. In that time and even before while traveling I got so much trust and sureness that all what we need in life is provided already..as long as we are not choosy. Trust in God.
This year we spent seven days deep in the jungle in Malaysia, drove by four-wheel drive for an hour and then walked for about seven hours mostly through the river until we reached a beautiful site where we put our camp and went fishing every day. Being one with the river, the trees and enjoying a happy life like children.

Teach, Learn, Share

As I love to do Yoga and meditation, it is beautiful to share with others. And, I just did a Yoga teacher training in India!! Besides, I practice Reiki as well.
I used to teach English, French and German and I speak quite good Malay and some Thai as well.
And I really love gardening! Sharing my knowledge and practical experience as well. And all about herbs and plants..their souls and healing powers as they all give us the reminder that we are one, we are all nature.
