- The feeling that you now need to be careful about not messing your place up, aka the thing that breaks the above mentioned few seconds of self esteem
- When a SuperNintendo cartridge doesn't work even after blowing it

- Filming (if only I hadn't lost my camera in the powder while skiing)

- The electronic music I can catch whenever I find a way to sneak into a club
- Oasis (yeah, not ashamed to admit - or, you know, just a little bit)

- Comics (I mean, they're still books, right guys? Guys?)
- The "Paralipomeni della Batracomiomachia" by Giacomo Leopardi (not really, I just like to write that title)
- Bill Bryson's opera omnia
- Books that try to teach me scientific notions I can't quite understand
