ABOUT ME

I am a Friendly outgoing guy that loves to travel and take photos (trust me when I said I love to take photos, selfies included).

So about me...

I'm a licensed Tourist Guide, a Tour Leader and a driver. Good thing about my career and odd jobs is that I can actually get to manage my own day schedule, in which to say, I could Hang Out more often (provided my daily jobs are taken care of. Job first, right?).

People said I'm a Positive guy, always try look at bright sides of things, maybe due to the nature of my work (Though sometimes, I can't help but complain abit, especially since house prices are rising tremendously fast)

A fact that I discovered about myself recently, is that I'm really patient..(Not encouraging you to test me to find out) How I know that? Well, I have tried waiting 2 hours at a coffee shop for my friends to turn up. (Still wondering how I have that patience to wait 2 long hours sitting in a coffee shop)XD

I also love Good Food, but I can't eat much (sadly) and tends to grow sideway very fast~!!!! My metabolism rates are not fast enough, but never the less, I know some extraordinary places in Penang with superb Food. After all, Penang Island is a Food Haven.

I love nature, especially clean beaches (not those with heap of rubbish on it) One of the beaches I missed alot is the one in Sipadan Island, Malaysia. I love being on high 'places' too where I can see the view of the surrounding. That wonderful feeling, with the chilling wind gently touching your face... Do you feel like going to a highland now?

After reading so much above, I have still 10 pages to write about myself, which I can't and most probably bore you to death with words and only words. Sooooooooo, Why Don't We Meet Up?? Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Personally, I think the great food and great places can be found in the internet, but the best food and best places are those shared with local people. Do as the locals do. It's easy to pay for a guided tour, but misses out all the fun experience with local CSers. That's why I may not be always able to host you, but I would always try to meet up and share my experience in Penang.

Interests

Photography, Selfies and Photo bombs XD

Learning new languages and trying them on locals (when I'm surfing).. It is really exciting and funny.

Observe new and different cultures. There are many things that I have yet to see and I hope to see them little by little

Lastly, I love to make new friends.. I always make many new friends when I travel =D Would you be my friend?

Music, Movies, and Books

Music - Depending on my mood. There's a song for every occasions... Used to be fond of Westlife, Linkin Park, Simple Plan. Now? Any nice songs XD

Movies - There are so many movies to name. Star Wars and Harry Potter were one of my favourite, along with Fast and Furious. But these are just 3. There's a whole long list..

Books - Preferable motivational books. I could always use a good phrase / motivational quotes

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I will update this as I go along. Need more $$.

1) Visited Sipadan island (wonderful snorkeling site, awesome beach and crystal clear water and plenty of fish)

2) Went to Grand Canyon, by small plane to the area, helicopter to the bottom, and a speedboat along the canyon. (Marvellous experience)

3) Booked impromptu flight ticket to and fro Hanoi, without letting my parents know. Best personal trip so far

4) Got pushed off the plane by my tandem instructor in New Zealand during skydive. I survived.
