About Me
Ciao amici! I'm Maria Flor, a fun-loving English Teacher traveling with my amazing spouse and our two energetic children, aged 4 and 2. We're not your typical tourists; while we appreciate exploring new places, we truly thrive in cozy, home-like environments. That's why we love couchsurfing – it allows us to connect with kind strangers and experience local cultures in a more authentic way.
We're a responsible and experienced bunch, having cared for countless pets in our days (from playful pups to curious cats, even a feathery parrot!). My passion for gardening means your plants will be in the best hands, and with our fluency in Spanish, English, and Italian, communication is a breeze.
Think of us as an extension of your family – we're happy to help with chores, share stories, and make your home feel lively. In return, we're eager to learn about your city, culture, and hidden gems. So, if you have a spare private room and an open heart, we'd love to connect!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
We are looking to get to know Italy as much as we can in a year, eventually we are thinking that we might rent an apartment if we find a place that is worth staying longer!
