ABOUT ME

Hi guys!
Im Matej from Slovakia. My passion for travelling began after spending 5 months on Erasmus program in Guimaraes, Portugal. These days Im studying in Prague my masters in Social geography and regional development studies. I moved here from Bratislava where I have been studying for 4 years.
Words are sometimes pointless. So lets rather actions speak! (in this case references)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Im trying to attend as much CS activities as possible. If Im not able to host you I can help you with most of the things here.
We can go out, have some beer or coffee in the city or go after sights.

Here in Prague you will be able to find me at CS weekly gathering (every Thursday in Krakora pub)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Till now I have just positive experiences with CS. To be honest for me it would be difficult to imagine better way to travel than through CS.

Interests

First of all travelling and related things like discovering new places and meeting new people. Im interesting in geography and history.
I like to listen to nice music of all kind; especially jazz and soul.
I like making photos that caught me about a two years ago.
Im interested in art; mostly pop art, street art and graffiti.
Last but not at least I like reading books and I do sports; actively football and futsal, passively surfing, trekking, moutain biking, swimming, jogging, basketball and squash.
Generally I like things that expand my horizons!

Music, Movies, and Books

Im neither watching TV nor listening to radio. I like just a few movies that bear some message.
Im not really choosy in music but genres I like the most of all are soul and jazz.
Unfortunately I can not find time for reading lot of books ..but If than its really hard for me to decide.
