Je fais une formation fromagère en France pendant l'année 18-19. Je serait en alternance entre Poligny, Tauves et Nancy. Je serais content de rencontrer de locaux !

I like travelling, knowing more, more and more. Amo la naturaleza.
While traveling I'm tidy and I want to keep my stuff like that!
Sports: I like playing them, not seeing.
I like swimming, biking, diving, running, hiking, laughing, cooking and eating.

PHILOSOPHY

Life is like a storybook... sometimes you're surprised about all the adventures the character is involved in, all the risky, funny and great things that happens to them just because of the decisions they take. Many of those happend because they accept an invitation of someone they barely know; or because they have the courage of doing something that at first sight sounded stupid. And that's the key: Without all these facts a book will be a very boring story! If I can write the history of my life I want it to be an amazing and surprising book, and I invite you to be part of it! Mateo

I love cooking, contemplate the sea, the sky, Relaxing...
I like to discover new places and recipes :) wondering to become a chef!
I loooove cheese! I have a mini cheese factory in my parents house added to a handmade solar dryer for fruits and other stuff.

The more exciting thing I found traveling is to discover people's culture and its FOOD.
As never is too late, I started playing the pianoforte at 27 years old while living in Italy. I love it!!!!

I'm looking forward to cross the Atlantic Ocean by sailing! Im working on it...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

*I went around the Globe for 26 months, through 17 countries and lots of different cultures!
*Ho fatto un giro in bici nel nord d'Italia da Pienza fino a Trento e Venezia, poi tornato a Pienza, un totale di 1400km!
*Contemplar las noctilucas en la playa durante la noche en Uruguay.
*La ciudad de Brasilia vista de noche desde un avion.
*Bungy Jumping at Queenstown, NZ, 134 mts yelling. :D
*Diving in Thailand at 20 mts with reef sharks.
*Biking all around the island of Taiwan, sleeping in my hammock.
*Habiter et travailler dans un bateau dans une baie en Thaïlande pour 2 semaines.
*Vipassana experience for 10 days in Vietnam
