COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Until 2015 I've done nothing but hosting: unforgettable experiences. It's like travelling, without actually moving. Incredibly convenient, especially if you don't have a dime in your wallet.

In summer 2015, I finally started surfing, in my 1700km Rhine bike trip: something like 20-25 people hosted me and there's not one person I will ever forget. I thought the trip was all about myself, since I was travelling alone, but it was actually them, the people who hosted me, who built my trip.

Now, in 2018, it's time to hit the road again : one motorbike, 5000 km in Vietnam.

Books: Herman Hesse, Kierkegaard, Nietzsche, Borges, Sacher-Masoch (Venus in Furs is by far the most terrifying book i've ever read), Kafka, De Sade, Philip Roth, Lev Tolstoj, Fedor Dostoevskij (The Brothers Karamazov has become a sort of bible)
