I'm just a simple girl who loves photography and is passionate about the world. I like to meet new people and two of the things that really enjoy to do are travelling and listen to music concerts.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I sign up in Couch Surfing as a few friends of mine did.
I would like to visit different countries and learn about other cultures and, of course, meet new people. That's one of the best things about travelling!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

One of the best experiences I had in couch surfing was the halloween party of 2010 in Riga!! I met a lot of interesting people in this CS meeting and had one of the best nights ever. Really really funny.
Also in Wroclaw, where I was supose to stay just 2 nights and spent the hole week with my new polish friends :)

Music, Movies, and Books

Books: I prefer to read crime fiction books and romances and some books that I really enjoyed were The Picture of Dorian Gray, Blindness & Perfume.

Music: I listen to all kinds of music but to be honest I prefer Indie, Alternative, Electronic, Rock, Drum&Bass, Minimal, Jazz & Bossanova styles.

Movies: The types of movies that I most like to see are historical movies like Munique, Schindler's List, Troy or books based in real facts like Alpha Dog or Precious; some comedies like The Boat That Rocked; science fiction and fantasy movies like Lord of The Rings or Star Wars and, of course, every girl loves one romance. One of my favourites is Le fabuleux destin d'Amélie Poulain.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Until now, I think it was my Erasmus experience. I learned a lot in just one semester, had the opportunity to travel around Europe and met lots of people.

Teach, Learn, Share

Finding a couch to stay it's not only a sleeping in a strange house experience. Is also an experience of meeting new people and meeting a new culture. People can have busy lifes, but from all my couch surfing experience I always notice that hosts try as much as they can to show the city to the surfers or give some advices to them when they can't be present and change cultures and knowlegde.
