I am an artist, teacher, and waitress traveling with my handsome, partner in crime, surfer boyfriend, Sammy!
We live on a little island called Folly Beach. It is right outside Charleston, SC.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We are friendly, artsy, beach bums .... We have worked hard to have our little spot near the beach to call our home, but we are in no way rich and fancy!
We were hosted by some amazing people while in Europe... They took a chance, and took us in; they helped us out without even knowing us...that meant a lot to us, and we want to return the favor!

We also value an authentic experience, we want to know what a place means and feels like to the people that live there ... And what better way to do that than couch surfing !

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

We backpacked Europe for 5 weeks together! Had picnics on top of mountains with our heads in the clouds, stood smack dab in the center of huge political demonstrations, hid and laughed in Portuguese beach caves in the rain....
