About Me

CURRENT MISSION

learning to be a happy and fulfilled traveller.

ABOUT ME

I was a teacher and now I am going to be the student. I lived in Sevilla, Spain for the last 2 years and now I am returning once again to my Master's degree in translation.
I love meeting new people and experiencing new things.

PHILOSOPHY

Everything is going to be alright... Have to live by this motto, somethings are up and some down, but in the end things will be ok. I try not to let negative occurrences bring me down just keep on smiling and trying to spread positivity.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Currently I can only offer to meet for coffee or a drink. My current roommates are not exactly into the idea of having people come over to stay, but sometimes they change their minds...

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first one was in Portugal, and I had an excellent time! I was hooked...
Due to unfortunate circumstances I was downed with a really sprained ankle and had to stay a majority of the time indoors, and on the couch. However, my host was more than willing to have me and to incorporate activities that didn't require much walking... after that I decided to get into it myself. :)

Interests

Currently traveling, and as much of it as I can possibly do with the money that I have.
I also enjoy outdoor activities like hiking, bike riding, and trying to catch some waves... when the weather allows that is.
Indoors I love reading, cruising the internet, sewing, writing letters, and cooking. I also really like creating art with small children.
