About Me

CURRENT MISSION

See as much as possible to have more to talk about!

ABOUT ME

I'm full of energy and every time ready to do ...fun.. things (...who doesn't like doing fun things?!)... most of the time I don't think about what I'm actually doing ....it's working out! - So, I stick to it a little longer!
I'm also very confused... aaand you know this girl walking in the streets looking everywhere being in thoughts! ...someone dropped ice cream on the ground and she steps in the cold, sticky colorful ice- cream puddle. Congrats...you just spotted me. Most likely. But don't think I'm one of these girly girls. Just because I look like I'm unable to cope with life dosen't mean I can't take care of myself. Here and there I've got uncommon strategies but it's all good.
... and I get very serious obout unfairness, discrimination and racism.
I want to save the world (seriously that's probably my biggest aim - See, we live in a wonderful world and there're so many good things happening around us. Every day. Watching news I get the impression humans are nothing more then cruel, stupid and mad in gaining power, and of course money. Yes, it's true. There are horrible things happening and it's our responsibility to stop these outrages because we live in a globalized world. It makes a difference when we buy a T- Shirt for 3$ what is made by an 8 years- old girl collored in a bowl of cancer- causing substance which gets spilled out in a river around the corner where (maybe) some fish survives and are eaten by the hole family and neighbourhood of this Girl. You influenced with buying this fucking cheap T- Shirt at least 30 people on the "other side" of the world.
Being bold and simple I better stop my declaration now. But people are also kind and generous. While travelling I've got to know lots of brilliant women and men, their projects and visons of a world in which humans take care about each other, what they do and the environment they live in. Feed me with new impressions!
There is hope Girls and Boys! There is hope :D
For now I haven't figured out how to make the world a better place in general but I'm sure together we'll find a way!
What else ... I love eating!
I'm a vegetarian but imagen you offer me a tiny piece of meat...I wouldn't say "NO!" if I'm able to retrace and agree with the living (and trading) conditions of the animal (what the meat is before you can fry it in your pan ;). But no pork. I don't eat pork.
Hey! There're so many delicious vegetables out there and heaps of ways to cook them.
I would love to cook a nice and breathtaking- good smelling vegetarian dish for us. And kill one ... or two bottles of wine ... ?!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to get to know locals. As a tourist as I am most of the time right now... I just get a brief glimpse of the culture I'm 'visiting'.
But I want to get to know the favorit places of the people who LIVE their lifes in the streets I'm visiting. Where they enjoy, love or hate life, where people argue about politics and music, about what is 'normal' and 'uncommon'.
Not taking more time off to stay at some places for longer then a month makes me feel like a common tourist not getting to know anything. And to break through I want to stay with locals because if I would stay in hostels with lots of other people who dosen't know the villiage or city ... how should I get to know the favorit places of the people who live and spend maybe their hole life here or there?!
