After having spent my formative years as a chef, I decided that I needed to take my life in a different direction. Being passionate about all things artistic and having a creative mind, art it would be! Early on, the seed of travel was planted into my fertile psyche my parents and today I can't go without seeing the world. I love to meet new people and experience the world with the locals, getting a more honest feel to what each place is like. Being born and raised in France from South African parents, I have always felt a strong connection to the country, so traveling around it is a special time for me.

One amazing moment I experienced was taking over a bar in Japan for a night and organising a last minute pop up there, cooking for the locals.
