ABOUT ME

Hi Folks
I do accept the occassional visitor. I am now living in a VERY tiny cottage and the second bed is literally being used as the couch.

If you come and stay you are likely to be involved in the daily life and routines with what remains of my petting zoo and cats.

I prefer that you bring your own food as my diet is a bit restricted and financially limited at the moment as not earning an income.

I am an introverted person living an extroverted life so am pretty quiet at home...however can be easily enthused to random wacky acts of fun.

Am becoming more of a couch potato than a couch surfer but enjoy the transient travels of others. Occassional bucket list travels now.

PHILOSOPHY

hmmmmm Strongly against smoking. Really upset by cruelty to animals - despite being a nurse I have more empathy for critters as they do not have a voice. I just enjoy the little things in life like the way the sunlight catches the trees or the wind stirs the sand. Big social occassions are exhausting for me - get my energy from nature.

used to have lots of travellers stay with me which I enjoyed. When in Auckland I dressed some of the girls up in bellydance outfits and we toured Auckland in them, randomly posing at tourist spots..it was more fun than gnome photos.....

Interests

Animals, Bellydance (taught for 20 years but can barely walk now), live music, i often foster kittens for rescues and involved in local theatre productions.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Riding a camel around the pyramids under a full moon....and going to a dance retreat in Hawaii only to find myself in the Honolulu Federal penitentiary for a week instead!
