ABOUT ME

Hi everyone!
My name is Mercedes, I'm proudly from Tabasco (Yes, like the sauce), Mexico. Few things I know about me;
I LOVE to eat. I've been improving my skills at the kitchen and I'm willing to learn and to cook the few things I know (they will be vegetarian/vegan but good, I promise haha). I'm a happy person most of the time and I talk rather fast. I love to walk and getting lost in cities I don't know (and in my own city too, why not?). I'm a yoga addict and an acrojunkie. I love all kinds of animals and plants. I enjoy doing outdoor stuff but I also enjoy a nice chat, a card game and a beer indoors.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've been surfing and hosting while I was in Spain, surfing in Mexico where I was not able to host, but was able to knew some great people by showing them around my state! I hosted some nice people in Eindhoven but will be traveling shortly, so probably next year some more :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Our flat back in Spain hosted around 11 people and surfed like 5 times while living there. In Mexico I'd just surfed in Mérida, San Cristóbal and DF. Some more surfing in Luxemburg, Czech Republic and Austria. Hosted in eindhoven people from Iceland and Thailand. Looking out for more!

Interests

I love photography, yoga, painting, meditation, acroyoga and numbers too :) Hanging out with locals in places I don't know, learning about everything, getting into weird discussions about trivial and important things, beers, and almost every single thing that has something to do with environment.
I'd say I love to travel and meeting new people and stuff but if not I wouldn't be here!

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy almost all kinds of music and if not at least I tolerate them haha! Really, almost everything :) from metal to folklore music from a lot of countries. Pop, ska, indie rock, urban, jazz, psycho, I don't know.

I enjoy watching movies when I can't go out, I do not discriminate any gender :)

Teach, Learn, Share

I'll teach anyone whatever I can (which is not much) :P Some mexican swears and easy mexican dishes are so on the list if you're a foreign, and if you're from the beautiful and awesome México, I'll be more than glad to teach you a couple of things of my state.
Some acroyoga is also on the list.

The first thing everyone should known about a city is where to find good beer :D
