Overview
About Me
Originally from Bangkok, Thailand but currently living in the States where my family has settled since 2011. It is not easy describing myself but I would say that the common opinion my friends have of me is that I am agreeable and generous.
My thought: You could know someone in your city for a year and have never been to their home. Here on couchsurfing, you get to put the person’s living space with their personality on the first day that you meet. What a privilege to be here with open-minded hosts and travelers!
PS: I shaved my head, I just haven’t taken photos of it
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Being in different places and see different things around the world is spectacular. But getting to sit down and exchange conversation with the locals, you will feel and learn much more. I love to hear and share stories. And from my own experience, I tend to enjoy the city I visit much more when I couchsurf instead of staying in hotels. It really comes down to people you meet and how close to the local vibe you can get to. Don’t just go to Paris, take a picture with Eiffel Tower and say you’ve been to Paris, you know what I’m saying?
I understand that in dome cities, accommodation can be expensive. But in my opinion, saving money should not be the primary reason you are using this app. Because if you don’t have enough money to travel, you shouldn’t be traveling in the first place. Anything that can go wrong will go wrong and having money is a leverage to get yourself out of the situations.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I am not an impressive person. I know nothing and I am curious of many things. It’s subjective what is the one amazing thing I have done. But I am proud of myself for backpacking alone in Europe for 3 months in 2016 and spent another 3 months driving around United States in 2017. I love to do those things again one day. Currently, I am all tied up running a restaurant business.
Teach, Learn, Share
I get my hands on anything that I am interested in so I do a lot of things but I am not particularly very good at anything. Examples: soccer, skateboarding, music, art, etc. But I am willing to share any skills with you if you are interested!
What I Can Share with Hosts
- I like conversations. Even though I don't have a lot wisdom to give, I can think of stories to share or just be a good listener.
- I will go play whatever sports you play with you. Or participate in an event you’re interested in attending if you’d like a company.
- I will usually have my flash-drive that stores all my art prints with me while traveling. If you like the style of art that I do, I’d be happy to print it from somewhere for you.
- If the host takes me out to their favorite local restaurant, I would like to offer to pay for at least one meal during my stay with them.
