I've surfed in Dublin and Brussels. Both were amazing experiences.
Also hosted once.
I like hosting, but don't really have a couch in my place at the moment...

Indie/Alternative...
Beirut, Sufjan Stevens, Arcade Fire, The Antlers, Andrw Bird... Usually heartfelt stuff...
Like history a lot too, and really enjoy good historical novel, as well as fantasy/sci-fi.
As for movies.. well... dramas, musicals... Haven't been watching a lot of stuff lately... watching a lot of TV shows, though.
