A traveler, a participant of cultural exchange program who's eager to know as much as possible about as much as possible:)
I came to USA in April 2014, and lived in Los Gatos, California for 5 months, after that I lived in a town with a curious name Sparta, New Jersey, for 4 months, and just two weeks ago I have moved to Round Rock in Texas. I love music, I like to explore new places, to meet interesting people, creative people.
I started to learn playing guitar about two years ago and since then it became an integral part of me.
I enjoy wandering around new places, new cities, I like trying new things and I'm very curious for new cultures and different people's lifestyle and philosophy. My future to-do list includes rope jumping, sky diving and learning how to ride a motorcycle and ...learning as many languages as I would be able to.
I'm a big dreamer with vivid imagination, who always needs to keep in mind bringing himself back to earth once in a while.
Sometimes I'm very spontaneous, but every time I did something all of a sudden or went somewhere without planning anything beforehand it turned into unforgettable adventure with unexpected twists of fate :D
My native languages are Ukrainian and Russian, so I'm still working at improving my English skills and therefore I'm still making mistakes or trying to describe some subjects if I don't remember their names in English)) But hopefully I'll get better in it soon.
I love people with great sense of humour and a bit of sarcasm cause it always cheers me up and allows me to see things in a different light :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have just moved to Round Rock which is close to Austin, so I'm looking forward to exploring Austin, to meet friends there, to see those famous bats, and listening to alive music of local bands seems never enough for me. But I would be glad if someone could show me around or possibly would let me stay for a night so I could spend some more time in Austin, I hope I would keep you a good company ; )
And also Couchsurfing is interesting for me as I am planning to travel to some other cities during my staying in the US;)

Interests

I like to play guitar, it's my new inspiration)) I was going for martial arts such as aikido and muay thai)) I like different kinds of dance, especially I'm in love in latin dance)) I'm trying to learn some other languages, such as korean, farsi, spanish, french, german, italian. I would like to improve my English skills as well :)

Music, Movies, and Books

I will probably need to spend couple days to name my favourite books, or movies or music, cause I'm open to different styles, and genres, and mostly it depends on my mood:) There were definitely some books that made a great impact on me, or amazed me, or made me deep into my own thoughts for a long time, or inspired me, but there were only few of them that made me feel absolutely indifferent or disappointed)) Maybe I was just lucky to pick mostly the books worth of reading))

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I can't really think of anything too special or too crazy that I've done before, but for me it was very exciting when I jumped into the ice water in winter for the first time))) It was an unforgettable experience for me, and seemed like it fills you with lots of energy)))

Unfortunately I don't think I'm incredibly talented in something :D But I would be pleased to teach any skill I have if they might seem interesting for someone))
