I take care about my home by myselfest, therefore it is important for me that you keep things tidy and clean after yourselfes as soon as you left WC, bathroom or kitchen. Please let me know in advance your appx. arrival time. Please try to arrive not that late in the night, in order that we can talk. I also alsk you not get drunken back home or bringing strangers late in the night for a quck number. In this case i will just call the police. I do not accept requests from alone-standing men without accomodating person.
Sorry for the 'unfriendly rules' - but i think it is better to have a clear communication from the very beginning.
