Hi! My name is Nathan Adams. I'm a second year business student at the University of Guelph and I'm very excited to be traveling Europe this summer with my older brother Josh! We'll be exploring the UK, France, Italy, Greece, Budapest, and Germany, and we most look forward to experiencing the many cultures of Europe, as well as seeing the historic landmarks, beautiful landscape, and finding the Loch Ness monster (that one's Josh).

We come from the quiet suburbs of Milton, Ontario, Canada, and greatly anticipate meeting people of all lifestyles. Personally, I love cooking, photography and martial arts, whereas Josh can talk to you all about music, cars, and hockey (don't get him started on the Leafs!)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We're on to see the beautiful parts of each country, hopefully from an insider's perspective. Josh and I are backpacking through Europe this summer, and need some help in Italy. My Italian is limited and we are looking to experience the culture in the best way possible regardless of the language barrier.

I am really looking forward to learning more about our heritage when we visit the UK and France as well as many other cultures, I think the diversity here is quite incredible! I would love to experience a meal or learn a local recipe that is important to you as I strongly believe food always brings people together. If you've got time, we'd love for you to show us your favourite pub, cafe, theatre, arena, or place to be!(and we'd be more than happy to buy you a drink!) Everyone's got a spot, and if you make it to Canada, we'd love to show you our favourite cafe, hockey rink or bar.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Did a missions trip in Portugal for a month volunteering at a school helping teach 3rd and 4th grade English. It was a life changing experience for me when I was 16 and partly what brought me to CS, would love to meet and have more of these experiences!
