Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Me and my kiddo love adventures, staying with people and making friends a long the way is the best way to travel. And we love having guests, welcoming people into our home and sharing what we have is a value I hold close to my heart.

Interests

I am so lazy (or efficient?) that I am just going to write a list of things that bring me joy:
Good conversation
Gardening (my garden is lush) and being in our wood. Our wood is one of my favourite places and me and my family are slowly turning it into a woodland paradise. If you stay with me maybe I can show you this special place.
Reading - don't do enough of it!
Going on adventures, near or far, love seeing what's around the bend in the road!
Being kind and helpful. I try my best.
Making things
Drinking wine, lets share wine :-)
Yummy food. I love the magic of cooking and trying new foods from around the world.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love so much music, music from the heart touches the heart. I listen to lots of reggae, but full range is played in my house, from folk to drum and bass.
