I'm looking to get in touch with people from around the world who're looking to come here, and give them an experience of this place which they'd normally not get following any run-of-the-mill 'suggested itineraries' that seem to float round as ubiquitously as internet adverts...

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I live and work here, so I'll primarily be hosting people. This suits me, as the place I live is a fair distance from the nearest city (approx. 20min), meaning we can dig some meaningful conversation and the beauty of a star-studded sky out here in my forest abode.
