About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Discover as much as I can of wonderful Brazil

ABOUT ME

I'm a travel-addict whose main intention is to get to know people from different countries and cultures while travelling but I must say I also enjoy meeting them at home. It gives me an opportunity to show the surroundings and exchange on my own background.

PHILOSOPHY

I'm a free-thinker: live and let the others live... I won't judge people from the way they choose to live and even less if they haven't chosen their way of life.
Life itself can be very hard and I know I'm lucky enough to be able to travel on my own.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Didn't get a chance to host people so far because of a complicated and unstable situation as ong as accomodation and availability were concerned but will do as soon as I go back to normal... probably in a couple of month.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

All my experiences linked with CouchSurfing have been good so far: nice and friendly people everywhere I've met them. Unfortunately, timing is not always there and some people never answer their requests (I prefer people telling me that they can't host me or they didn't see my mail earlier than people who never answer, it's just a matter of politeness)

Interests

Languages, Litterature, Cinema, Travels, Geopolitics, People, Cultures, Nature, Architecture... so many little (and not so little) things that are impossible to list here

  • architecture
  • movies
  • traveling
  • surfing
  • geopolitics
  • languages

Music, Movies, and Books

Almost any kind of music, films or books that are not in the commercial mainstream, even though I can make exceptions if I estimate the artistic involvment as sufficiently interesting

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've lived in three different cities in Spain in the last five years and didn't know personally a single person in any of these cities every time I was arriving.

Fortunately, I've always found a way to get in touch with great people who'd help from the beginning and would also let me crash on their couch.

I've done the same or gave relevant and trustful contacts every time I've been able to do so, so I assume i've been practising couch surfing for a while without being part of the community.

Now I decided to start getting involved because I'm travelling to a continent that is completely unknown to me.

Teach, Learn, Share

Well, I speak several languages and try to get to know as much as I can about different cultures and languages and I love sharing what I know about those I already practise and teach.

Countries I’ve Visited

Andorra, Argentina, Austria, Bolivia, Chile, Egypt, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Morocco, Netherlands, Peru, Portugal, Spain, United Kingdom

Countries I’ve Lived In
