Half french, half brazilian, lived in france and usa.
I'm back to France after 7 years in the US.
I work in neuroscience research.

PHILOSOPHY

I tried to be a good person, calm and respectful. I cherish every moment with my friends and family. They are precious. The rest is not as important. I still work hard and strive to succeed.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

My very good friends from Dallas introduced me to it. They told me how great it was. I started it and could surf in some very cool people's couch.
I hosted a lot of friends and family and friends of friends.

I have been to california and I've been hosted by really cool guys. great experience!

Interests

Yoga! although it started by chance. Once I moved to Dallas, I used to make fun of my roomate who came back from yoga sweating. Then I tried it.. I realized how great it was. Since then (April 2006), I've been doing yoga a couple of times a week.
I like taking pictures. I have a Diana mini. I done some interesting experimental work with it. I like the magic of taking 2 pictures on top of each other, wait, wait, wait and wait and then be surprised by the result! Most of the times it's not really good, but once in a while a gem can appear. I took a picture like this, it's a double picture, the first one was taken in NY, the second in Paris, on top of each other.
And I like to have fun, go to movies, a parc or a museum.. it can be anything.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've seen half Manhattan in the dark after he hurricane, biking around east village and midtown. It was surreal.

What can I teach? If you're a student in neuroscience, we could discuss some things about that.
Otherwise, I can speak to you in english, french, portuguese and spanish.
I regret not studying for my german class, I wish I could speak german now. Ah jeunesse..
