I'm originally from Indonesia but I have been living in the Netherlands for a while.
I'm crazy about travelling. :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm open to anyone for a drink in my area/the Hague/Delft and/or Rotterdam. I may also be able to give a tip or two about the Netherlands and Indonesia. :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Met two CS-ers from Indonesia. They came to the Netherlands and we met for a drink (on 2 separate occassions). Hosted one of them.

Met a CS-er from Apeldoorn.

Surfed at Cathy's in Lille, France.

Met CS-ers from Sofia & Plovdiv.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- Saw a baby being born
- Helped patients giving birth
- Paragliding (albeit tandem with the instructor)
- Finishing my hard, long and extensive education
- My first solo trip to another country (2006)
- Stood on the snow of Sierra Nevada in Spain
- Climbed one of the Etna craters in Sicily
- Experienced -13 centigrade winter in Latvia-Estonia (2009)
- Walked on Picos de Europe in Spain (2009)
- On my travels never once did I use a travel agent.
Arranged everything myself. Arranging a vacation is
not an easy job. :)
- Experienced -24 centigrade winter in Lithuania (2010)
- Saw abandonned Russian complex (of buildings - there were sauna house, school, fire brigade office, flats) and an ex-Russian submarine base in Estonia (2010)
- Experienced -30 centigrade winter in Rovaniemi, Lapland, Finland (2011) and yes, I did all the touristy stuffs too (looking at reindeer's butt, looking at dogs' butt and falling under a snowmobile)
- Seeing the aurora borealis at in Reykjavik (2011)
- Solo trip in Greece and Cyprus (2012)
