I'm from Berlin, currently living in Sweden, but I have also lived in the United States for several years and in Finland for one year. Last year I finished a gap year in Helsinki during which I volunteered at an organization working with addicts, alcoholics and homeless people. I am open minded and love meeting new people and getting to know them and their stories. I'm currently planning more backpacking trips and studying in Sweden :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To meet new people and travel to more places :) I believe that the most meaningful experiences are outside of our comfort zone , which is why I am traveling as much as possible and trying to learn about people, their culture and the stories they have to tell.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I moved to a different country alone just after my 18th birthday, and it was the best decision ever; including memories like seeing the northern lights in northern Finland, going for a swim in ice water, hitchhiking and going couchsurfing for the first time.
