Irvin Yalom writes about Psychology and human beging in an interesting and non-stigmatizing way, therefore I really recommend all of his books.
One of my all time favorites is "the catcher is the rye", it is always a good read.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Staying and experiencing the country and culture in Canada for 5 month.
Backpacking in Thailand and southern India. I fell in love especially with India and its culture and landscape and of course the food!
Studying abroad, meaning to move out and live on my own at younger age.
Traveling through Italy by train for a month and meeting amazing people and eating a lot of italian food.
