ABOUT ME

I am an open minded fun filled individual, its who I am! and this is why I'm on CS and this is why I love the concept!

I am India, that grew up in NZ until high school, then Australia for University and then France for further education and 11 years of work, and now have just moved to Dubai. I work in the Aviation industry in Sales and Marketing in Middle East and Africa.

Thanks to my work and my personal passion to travel, I have been to close to 90 countries, now I am visiting countries off the beaten track and would like to meet up with interesting individuals who are also keen on doing so.

I loved living in Toulouse! It was famous for being the epicenter of the aero world! also its rugby team, the Garonne for long summer nights, its proximity to the Pyrenees(Skiing in winter and hiking in summer) and the Mediterranean :)

I have always loved travelling, ever since I started studying at university I have traveled every summer, initially destinations close to Australia and NZ, ie Asia and stuff, and later as i worked harder, I went to South America and Europe. Any opportunity to travel I took it and ran! I love visiting new places and meeting new and interesting people from all around the world! Since I moved to Europe, I have traveled a lot more around Europe, and also to the US. List of courtiers are mentioned below, if you've been to any of them, would love to compare your experience. And if you've been to countries I haven't been to, awesome, pitch it to me and Ill go!

Regular countries I visit are India and New Zealand two best countries in the world, not particularly in that order.

PHILOSOPHY

I am a Vegetarian and Vegan friendly, I care about the earth we live in. No I'm not a tree hugging greeny. I think we can do much much more than what we're doing now to save our precious planet.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I will participate by sharing my experiences with other like minded people. By hosting them and by being hosted. I have couchsurfed in South America and Europe several times. I have met many people for coffee and drinks in many cities around the world, and have attend regular events and activities in my city!

More recently, I don't normally surf at peoples couches any more, but I host quite often.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

CS is absolutely amazing! I have couchsurfed in many countries around the world and have met so many cool people, the experieces we share are really great! I have learnt so much about many different cultures. Every experience was unique and truly rewarding!
