We are a 3 piece band ranging from 26-37 years old, BUT not what you would stereotypically expect. We do not destroy hotel rooms or throw TVs out windows. We like perusing bookstores, drinking coffee and having fun conversation. We regularly tour around New England, through the Mid-Atlantic and in New York. On stage we thrash about, but off stage we try to be respectful and professional. We travel with our own air mattresses, blankets, pillows, towels and teddies and are very clean and quiet.

We do not travel with a robot holding a boombox as our profile picture may suggest...

Что привело меня на Couchsurfing

Hotel rooms add up when you're on the road every night. Especially when we play in a city where we aren't quite so famous and we don't get paid a ton. We could easily spend more on a hotel room than we made at the gig. And we don't need the hotel room with it's little shampoo bottles and horrible TV. All we need is a warm place that is big enough to lay down in for 6 hours.

The other, and MAIN REASON is that we really like to get to know people in the towns we play, for soooo many reasons. So it's nice to chill at someone's house and yammer away. Its also fantastic, when we have time, to venture out into town and see what the locals consider the hot spots.

Having been incredibly active with Couchsurfing for a while now, we've decided that its pretty much the best thing ever. We've met so many awesome people, made friends and have had tons of fun! We are looking forward to all the crazy Couchsurfing adventures in our future!!!!

We're obviously into music. Among the members we would happily discuss visual art, writing, coffee, quantum physics, ancient history, gluing cats to walls, and pretty much anything else.

Grammy Nomination, led a parade of tripping hippies through the hood, performed dixie jazz at a funeral, made cops dance, rolled 5 yatzees in a row, ate a party size pizza in 1min 17 sec, drove from Philly to Northampton MA in 3.5 hours in a giant van, and Drake can bend his fingers all the way back...

Oh... it said "one". If I had to pick 1 it would be that we joined Arlo Guthrie on stage for "this land is my land". That was a highlight.

You can bend Drake's fingers all the way back if you want. But just make sure you know which one Drake is. If you do it to anyone else, you've just ruined tour.
