About Me

Hi everybody! I'm Flor coming from the most southern City in the world, Ushuaia, where snow the sea and the montain are part of my daily landscape. I love meeting friends, playing my ukelele and singing, riding my bike and sharing good time with good people around the world.
last years I was travelling around Africa, Asia and Europe. I went to Cameroun to work as a volunteer, we built a sustainable orphanage, with recycling materials and renewable energies. It was an amazing experience. After that I was travelling for 2 years, a travel I dreamt for ages. Now I ready for new adventures. I'm moving to St. Vincent and the Grenadines to work in an alternative school as a teacher.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I heard about Couchsurfing not long time ago from a few good friends and I thought was amazing. It looks like having friends everywhere! I can't wait for my next trip and the next CS events.
I met lot of travellers while I was travelling and now living in Ushuaia, and they were all really cool, with great life stories, and that lightened a spark inside me to start a long trip and meet new friends for the rest of my life.

Interests

I love music, nice people and a good pizza :) and a good wine
I love animals, ecology, and life outdoors.
I'm interested about sustainable architecture, recycling, and support a sustainable development for all the world.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

A few years ago I went to an 'Earthship Biotecture' workshop in Ushuaia, with Mick Reynolds and a great team of people working on it. That was awesome. We built a sustainable Community Center with local materials and tyres, cans, bottles and many others recycling materials. After that I did it again in Easter Island and.
Last year I went to India to work in a Project called Urban Green Mouvement, We made some urban gardens in different schools close to Delhi.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach a bit of architecture, sustainability, how to play the ukelele, and I'm happy to share anything I know

What I Can Share with Hosts
