PHILOSOPHY

Always approach things/ideas/people/etc with openness, without any judgement. Perhaps in the process you will learn more about yourself and maybe even alter your own perceptions and character.

My fave quote from Paolo Coelho Alchemist...

"And, when you want something, all the universe conspires in helping you to achieve it."

which I find it so true especially while travelling, random encounters with strangers that offered you a ride, place to stay, food, etc, just at the time you needed it...

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Just got my 100th reference, and they are all positive, what more should I say? I love this community!

Started CS one and a half year back in Dubai, and it was great meeting new people that I'm trying to use it as much as I can. It's a great platform to expand my social circle and get to know the place that you are visiting from another perspective. Will definitely remember the time going clubbing in Dubai, camping/hiking in Oman, staying in a trailer in Slovenia, camping in my host's garden in Croatia, staying in villages in Croatia and Romania, or just plain chilling out with my hosts - the longest being 2 weeks with my host in Antalya, Turkey!

I have too many fave to list... watch all kind of movies, listen to anything that is good, and enjoy reading a good book, especially fiction ones.

Quitting my job and go travelling! Met lots of incredible people, saw stunning landscapes, lost my way, enjoyed amazing food, experienced different cultures, so much so that I'm now hooked on travelling!
