I have lived in Merced 6 years. I served in the USAF at Castle AFB in 1973-1974. That base was 8 miles from Merced and it closed in 1995. Today Castle Air Museum is located there and I am a museum volunteer. I own a 3 bedroom home and rent 1 bedroom to a young couple with a lovable friendly dog. I never married. My home is alcohol, tobacco and drug free.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I may invite visitors to my home but do not plan to couchsurf myself. I am hoping to meet quality visitors and introduce them to local attractions.
