About Me

I am a Brazilian student, who's going to study for a semester in Spain. I'm very polite and clean, and I'd love to cook you some Brazilian dishes.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because it's the first time I'm traveling abroad and I wanna meet as many places I can, but I don't have a lot of money. Also because I enjoy company and I love meeting the local culture through the eyes of someone who actually lives it.

Music, Movies, and Books

Every month I'm listening to different types of song, but I'm really into alternative rock. My favorite bands are Fleetwood Mac, Paramore, Explosions in the Sky and Maglore (a brazilian one). A few of my favorite artists are Florence and the Machine, Natalia Lafourcade and Shakira.

The same when it comes to movies. I love drama pictures, but I'm also into clever comedies and thrillers. I really need to work on my horror movies knowledge though.

One of my favorite authors is JK Rowling. I've grown up reading to Harry Potter and The Casual Vacancy is just p e r f e c t i o n. I like a lot of brazilian classics and international classics too, like Agatha Christie and Don Quijote.

I could spend hours talking about these topics.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of my favorite experiences was the time I went to a cave in Minas Gerais and, when we were all the way inside of it, we all turned off our lanterns and spent a few minutes enjoying the darkness and the silence, feeling connected to Mother Earth.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love talking about almost everything. When it comes to learning, I actually enjoy knowing more about people's personal experiences. There's just so many we learn from just... living, you know? I also like sharing thoughts about culture and food.
