About Me

I'm a French Pastry chef and musician, living in Paris.
日本語を話す。
I truly love languages so I've been learning many but finally can use only french english and japanese properly.

I started using couch surfing 10 years ago, before I started to learn pastry. I'm now running a Japanese confectionary in the center of Paris. Things change but I'm still into traveling and discovering different cultures.

PHILOSOPHY

Food, Music, Ecology.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I can host people in Paris. I also organise an open mic in Paris: it's a free party where everyone can play and sing. Many couchsurfers come to this event which is great as travelers are often very good musicians too.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I met many couch surfers in Paris, most of them came to a place where I play music every thursday night.

Thanks to couch surfing I now have very good friends in Peru, Japan and Europe indeed.
