ABOUT ME

I love life, and I am very fun. I love to go out and have a great time. BUT I am also very responsible with work and school. I'm currently finishing up my Undergrad in Physics at the University of Guelph. I love to learn and discover new things about the world that surrounds me...cultures, cities, faces... I'm very curious...My family and friends are my biggest treasures, money/fame/superfluous things come and go but the love and support that they provide is priceless. :)

For now I can't be as active as I wish to be since I'm currently living with my family, but soon enough I will be participating more freely and receiving as many people as possible in my home.

Interests

I am a very social person and love meeting new people, getting to know about their cultures, likes, dislikes, etc. simply engaging in a good conversation over some coffee or a beer! :)

But keeping a strong relationship with my great friends is a must, as well as with my family! I try to not let the busy days interfere with the closeness I have with them!

Having fun is a must! Can't live without some good laughs =)

If I had all the time in the world I would spend a great amount of it reading and writing. These are two things that I really miss, since I started my University studies life has become so hectic and fast paced that it's been a while since I can sit down and read a good book cover to cover without interruptions!

I love movies, I probably have spent more time in a cinema or in front of a TV than I should accept! I am trying to get more and more into foreign films though, Hollywood has some good ones but so does the world! :)

As any XXI century person (the vast majority at least) I love technology and try to keep up with it, it's advancing at such a crazy pace that one of these days it will be like our parents when they used to ask us how to surf the web - my little brother will be teaching me very soon!

And lately I've been getting into climbing a lot! Joined the university climbing gym and am going several times a week, I hope to improve rapidly before summer and then hit the boulders outdoors!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

1) When my little brother was born and the entire learning curve that came after that! It was a high risk pregnancy and I felt the world was hanging by a thread and while most of my brain focused on the positive and hoped that everything would be o.k. there was a tiny part of me that couldn't help thinking about the what if? But both my mother and brother are safe and healthy and this was almost ten years ago! The impact it made on me however is fresh as can be: everyday is special and unfortunately can be the last, don't devalue a relationship just because you take it as a given.
