About Me

CURRENT MISSION

figuring out what's my current mission

ABOUT ME

This is a difficult one, as I never now where to start. Well first you can check the reviews section. On my own words, I'm shy, calm, more a listener than a talker and I can be quiet sometimes but that just means I have nothing to say. I like to read (a lot) and enjoy a sunny day at the airport doing planespotting (that's my hobby). Iused to live in Porto city center but now I live next to Espinho, by the sea and away from the city. But I still like to pay a visit to Porto now and then.

PHILOSOPHY

Don't do to others what you wouldn't like to be done to yourself.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've hosted and surfed before. At the moment it's more hosting then the other.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've surfed in Lublin, Chisinau, Reykjavik and Akureyri. I've participated in meetings in Porto, Bratislava, Amsterdam, Brno, Warsaw , Chisinau and Bucharest.

Interests

I'm a planespotter and I've spent more days at airports smelling jet fuel and taking photos then I can remember. That's my hobby. There's allways a book on my nightstand. I also do dance music festivals and pretty much all the times in The Netherlands.

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy dance music. I started with trance (when Tiësto was the king) then moved to Hardstyle (150bpm) and at the moment I'm going a bit faster with Hardcore. I've done, I don't know, maybe more then 16 festivals in The Netherlands since 2007 and every single one was amazing.
But I also love other types, like more calm. Fred Neil and Ella Fitzgerald are among my all time favourite.

As for books I love Portuguese Nobel winner Saramago, even got 2 autographed by him. I usually buy second hand books and never read a book I didn't like.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've camped 1 night in Varzaneh desert (Iran) alone, under a sky full of stars. Temperature was about zero degrees and there were 3 chacal, or whatever those beasts were, "singing".

Teach, Learn, Share

I can defenitlly teach you Portuguese, and, why not, teach you all the basics to be an Air Traffic Controller. It's not that hard...

What I Can Share with Hosts
