I think the biggest compliment I've ever received was: "You're so much more attuned to life than most guys our age."

I spend a great deal of time observing and learning about myself.

I am a seeker of experience and truth.

I've found meaningful experiences through relationships, isolation, storms, starlight, holy places, and hard work.

I love connecting and sharing with the world around me.

In my free time I read, write, meditate, interact with people, learn, and just do whatever there is to do.

PHILOSOPHY

We all seek to encounter happiness and avoid suffering.
Happiness is the goal of life.
Real happiness is achieved though compassion for all beings.
Compassion for all beings is the goal of life.

Actions are greater than words. Intention is greater than outcome. How (means) is greater than what (ends).

Contentment is the ultimate form of wealth.

Happiness is distinct from pleasure.

Experience is everything.

Adopt whatever activities you know to be pure and wholesome and discard whichever activities you know to be impure and unwholesome.

With our thoughts and intentions we create the realities in which we live.
