About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To find inspiration,

ABOUT ME

Let it be an unknown country or an interesting tea, it can all be exciting and inspiring.

I like to see different point of views and most of the time it's in different countries where an original view on things is most accessible and hence so enriching.

Seeing new places, meeting interesting people and falling spontaneously into exciting adventures has become like a routine in my life and I enjoy it thoroughly.

Being creative with music and words is another passion of mine. I also like to read books, being active in sports like volleyball, swimming and running.

I am looking forward to meet you and your culture!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

During New Year's Eve I've been with two friends in Paris and we tried couchsurfing out. My friends were all the time joking how we would get killed any minute. So just waiting to get "picked up" was already really funny. However, we did not meet a single killer, but very pleasant, nice and fun hosts! They were all so unbelievably kind to us and made our stay as well as our start into the new year an unforgettable one! Therefore, I'd do it any time again :)

Music, Movies, and Books

"Anne of Green Gables" is the book I basically grew up with including the sequels "Anne of Avonlea", "Anne of the Island", "Anne of Windy Poplars", "Anne's House of Dreams" and "Anne of Ingleside" from Lucy Maud Montgomery- I love every book.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Once I missed the train in Paris back to Frankfurt and the next train to Frankfurt was parting only the next day. In brief, I had no money or place to stay in the middle of Paris. It was dark and I was alone and that's how I started to walk around with my heavy suitcase all exhausted and most of all, lost.

The night started off so horrible. I had no idea what I would do the whole night except staying awake and wait. But then I met so many amazing people and one horrible night in Paris turned out to be an amazing night in Paris!
I was actually very surprised that in the end I was glad I missed that train haha. I met people from different countries and cultures like Norway and India and I was talking and singing, (yes singing!)the whole night with them. We had so much fun and it was most of all a crazy but amazing night in Paris!
