I have many interests, what I love most is traveling, working on my business which is directed at improving the lives of the common man and woman globally, health and nutrition, music and dancing and exploring the great outdoors.

I am a yoga teacher and love sharing practice with anyone who is interested.
I love to prepare delicious healthy food and share what ever it is i have in life, knowledge, time, life experiences ect.
