About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To live my best life, to inspire, and to be inspired

ABOUT ME

I value sincerity and deep sharing
Playfulness and laughing so hard I cry
Creativity and working with my hands
Building things I believe in
Communities working towards expansive goals
Expressiveness in all forms of art and creativity
Sharing all of our many vast skills
Genuine kindness

I lived in the foothills of Colorado for 29 years learning about nature, cities, relationships and independence. Then I took an amazing leap to live in India for almost a year where I learned about the depth of solitude and the Self and an ancient culture that always lured me with it's spiritual patina. Now I have taken another leap into Oregon learning about the depth of following the alignment and strength of my heart, the immense beauty of love, and expanding outwardly.

Currently, I am feeling out a tangible location in the world where I can settle in more, and learn and share, and teach and grow in the biggest ways possible. I am looking for master teachers with whom I can learn advanced forms of yoga, expanding my voice and vocal range, and a close relationship to the earth and it's medicine.

I desire to always do my best at showing my truest, sincere, genuine self and to hold space for others in their personal expressions and explorations.

PHILOSOPHY

....::::||::::....
Expanding into our fears and vulnerabilities is one of the most incredible things we can do
::::::::

If money didn't matter and you could do anything in the whole world that you wanted to do- what would it be?

Now make that happen, because everything is possible and we should all be living to our fullest potential and moving directly towards what brings us life/hope/motivation/fulfillment/happiness/peace

Demian by Herman Hesse
Grist for the Mill by Ram Dass

Most recent movies I loved: Before Sunrise, Before Sunset, Life of Pi, Menduzot

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Fallen in love, saw my best friends brand new baby, spent an amazing week with thousands of people in the desert, went bungy jumping, learned yoga for a month and a half in the jungle in Nicaragua, hiked a fourteener, nearly died of carbon monoxide poisoning, learned how to live

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach
I love all forms of artistic expression, and could teach anyone how to draw intricate personal mandalas. I am always expanding my knowledge of herbal and holistic healing and love to share what I know and learn more. I grow organic herb and vegetable gardens and love to teach people about square foot gardening and nutrient dense foods. I enjoy exploring all kinds of physical arts- I can guide yoga and also love to be guided in yoga with the approach of yoga for the health of our mind-body-spirit. Love to cook all kinds of gourmet vegan foods and desserts and can teach someone about how to prepare delicious feasts. I can teach you how to knit if you have the patience to learn.
Learn
I crave to learn about ethnobotany, how the body works, how to expand into my voice, deeper breath work, anatomy, arial dance, stilt walking, rock climbing (to which I am a beginner), building an earthship, learning cello or piano.
Share
I'll share whatever skills, thoughts, and ideas I have. I have lots of essential oils I'm happy to share. I love to share food, and especially chocolate.
