Hi I'm 19, which means like many millennials, I'm a mix of ethnicities and cultures and have adopted somewhat of a multinational sense of identity. I therefore love to discuss culture, travel, adventure. (and the sticky topics like religion and politics, but I keep it friendly and respectful!)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

It's an essential part of the gap year experience! It's my first time travelling to all of the countries which I intend to visit and I suppose I'm nervous that I won't meet people on my own or have the opportunity (ahem...courage) to talk to locals. I'm less about seeing iconic sights and more about getting to know the region where I'm staying, its inhabitants and the fellow travellers it attracts...what better way than to Couchsurf?

I'm an aspiring photographer, I'm not adept in couch surfing etiquette, but I'm always delighted at the chance to take portraits as a thank you payment! Aside from that, I love to cook for people, I can certainly lend a hand with any chores and Im happy to translate anything from German/French to English :)
