PleASE NOTE (based on frustrating experiences with recent CSers, not you personally ;): As we have jobs, hobbies, boats, bikes, and beautiful lives we would prefer to live versus spending all day at home and on-line so we don't miss surfers or make you guys wait for us to get home (which may be hours), PLEASE practice common courtesy and send a thoughtful estimate of your arrival time ASAP after you SEND AN ACTUAL STAY REQUEST for the dates you would like to be hosted (not just a chatty introductory note, then no word until your surprise arrival). Thank you for respecting our time and willingness to host. We will do the same for you.

Nice folks. Artistic and eccentric professional couple with two grown kids (20 and 17), living the good life in a beautiful place. Gardens, funky projects, good eats, music, and smiles. Homebrewers, chicken ranchers. Black Rock Burners. Bikes, boats, potlucks, and good friends. Nuf said.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Our family loves to host visitors from all over the world who are traveling by foot, thumb, bike, motorcycle or car. Everyone's excitement about being in Montana is great to be around.

PLEASE be sure to read our whole profile, including information under "my home" tab for arrival times and transportation BEFORE requesting to stay with us. We prefer couchsurfing to be fun for us, not hard work.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Since we joined CS, we've hosted over 500 folks, all wonderful in their own ways! We've only surfed ourselves a few times so far, and we look forward to further utilizing this great resource for travellers.

Thailand, Burning Man camp lead, Montana, childbirth, built a community park from a disaster site, petted a dancing elephant, canoed the giant Missouri, started a mosh pit in Amsterdam, had an intense vision at an ancient stone circle in England, Married to the same person for over 23 years...now THAT'S amazing!
