About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Finishing my current studies while I figure out my next move.
ABOUT ME
I absolutely love singing (mostly jazz) and am very passionate about literature and languages in general. That's why I've been attending Literature at Uni for 3 years (degree in Classical Studies). Then I decided to take a break from that and began the English Translation Course of Studies.
I worked for almost three years as a profreader in a newsmagazine, and was very fond of that job. I currently do home-based work, which is a nice change, and have just started translating (a small share of) a book on human rights and dictatorships!
I enjoy hanging (out/in) with friends, dancing, taking photographs and of course, travelling! I appreciate art in all its forms and colours. I try to get the most of every tiny experience.
PHILOSOPHY
Carpe diem (et noctem). Enjoy life. Love.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
As much as I would love to host guests from all over the world, I live on my own and don't feel like I'm ready to host people, plus there isn't much space. However, if I happen to meet somebody and we get along well enough, I might let you crash in my living-room!
I look forward to meeting people and learn from their experiences and mine combined. I just love to delve into the cultural backgrounds of our societies. Although I don't have much time to offer the whole package -sightseeing and all that jazz- I'll definitely grab a coffee, have dinner or even go dancing! I'll help you in every way possible (:

Music, Movies, and Books
Lots & lots of them. So hard to choose or name a few!
My two favourites novels, which I re-read from time to time, are Ulysses(Joyce) and Rayuela (Cortázar). I also love Borges' work, and am keen on Virginia Woolf's too.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Stonehenge, the Mediterranean sea, Westminster Abbey, the Houses of Parliament.
Travelling on my own through Europe :)
Teach, Learn, Share
share experiences, knowledges. roads. I may be qualified to (at least try to) teach some languages. I think music is definitely a strong link between people, that's always a plus and a multidirectional source of learning.
