ABOUT ME (from www.studiokappa.it)

City and Organization Participated Development Advisor.
Trentino of origin, freelancer with a passion for Participatory Processes and Community Development. Consultant for the development of strategic public policies, he collaborates with policy makers, cities governments and organizations engaged in advocacy activities.
With consulting, training, project management and evaluation actions, he helps policy makers, cities governments and organizations to:

- Develop integrated systems of Generative Welfare, Second Welfare and Circular Welfare
- Activate and governe the processes of Social, Urban and Territorial Participatory Planning (eg Local Development Local States)
- Trigger and develop community building processes
- Plan Social Engineering interventions applied to Community Development
- Implement Urban Social Redevelopment interventions
  Mobilizing processes of Social Cohesion and Social Empowerment
- Plan Design of Organizational Systems
- Design, build, connect and strengthen Territorial Economics Systems

He has adapted, experimented and applied the Pedagogical Method of Paulo Freire in several contexts and contexts and he is among the top experts on the Italian level. In the training field, he uses active methodologies and uses the Maieutica of Danilo Dolci.

He has a great knowledge of the urban suburbs, in particular of the cities of the Eastern and Northern European countries and of the processes of Urban Participated Regeneration.

He collaborates with Universities, Research Centers and Training Agencies in Europe. He works as a consultant with policy makers involved in local and national policies, especially in Italy, Switzerland and Northern Europe.
