About Me

CURRENT MISSION

to love, live, be more than ego

Discover ideas that are more interesting than other ideas, while not putting thought onto any pedestal, as thoughts are neither substance nor essence. Everything has a soul, and soul is ineffable.

Promote good food. Take care of myself. Help others be the best versions of themselves they want to be. Be weird. Live consciously.

ABOUT ME

Extroverted introvert. I think too much about food. I'm extravagantly enamored of music festivals, rainbow gatherings, burning man. I have a very strong, meaningful experience of nature. I have a mild form of schizophrenia called schizotypal and believe mindset, daily habits, holistic thinking, basic connectedness, and everything wholesome are what i need.

I'm also a huge fan of Paul Stammets, hint hint. I read stuff. I write stuff. Backpacking around the U.S. for 13 months was, in all, a happy, ludicrously meaningful experience. I strive for keen foolishness and off-center wisdom. I adore open mic events. I have eyes, and fingers too, and enjoy breathing.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I do kick-ass live poetry and wash dishes. Community mindset. I ask what i have to share. Hoping to do a little hosting this year.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I slept on a couch for over a month in a very crowded, anarchist communal stronghold in Santa Cruz, California, long ago, and more recently in a similarly crowded, unheated barn and activist hub in Wassaic, New York. I've logged at least 12 months sleeping on/in couches/beds/roofs/balconies/dreams/ventilation shafts/etc in a student living co-op in Berkeley, California.

Hippie bus for two weeks, filled with way-too-many hippies.

Hosted a few times. Without exception supremely positive experience.

Interests

Visiting Japan later this year! If you have been to Japan, there is a high likelihood i will want to host you.
