Hello there! We are a couple from Buenos Aires, Argentina. We are now living in Dublin, Ireland.

We could say we are 2 geeks that love to play board and video games, watch movies/TVseries/animation and read comic books, manga and novels. We also love vegetarian food, patisserie, coffee and tea... and more than anything... cats!! :3

A more formal description of us? Jonathan works in IT and Valeria is working as a Video Game Tester.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We believe that you can learn so much when meeting people from different places. We love to make friends and share our knowledge about Buenos Aires city and Argentine culture to every curious person that want to learn our opinions and experiences in exchange to hear more about the places where they have been living ;)

We used to host people at our apartment in Buenos Aires city some years ago, but then we moved to a flat where we couldn't host people anymore... so sad! Anyway, we had great experiences when having surfers at home and also when we traveled around Europe :) it was also great to participate on CS events in Buenos Aires city!

Interests

We like any kind of art, painting, photography, music, cinema, theater... specially look-like Broadway musicals, haha. Also, we have a really huge geek side as we said ;) ...

Books and comics: We really like fiction, either comic books, mangas, novels..! Val loves Harry Potter and is now reading Lemony Snicket and some George Orwell, Jon is more like a DC and Marvel comics guy. We both enjoy reading some manga, and also any novel by Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett :)!

Board games: Ticket to ride, 7 Wonders, Dixit, Coloretto, Race for the galaxy, Settlers of Catan, Castles of Burgundy... and many, MANY more!
