About Me

CURRENT MISSION

The mission is always the same, live, love and learn and if possible have a ball while doing it. More specifically I am not travelling right now, I am working in Budapest as a stage hand for a musical/dancing theater group..,
ABOUT ME

I am an easy going person who loves to meet poeple from all over the world. I worked in different countries on various engineering and permaculture projects..,
I love to play the guitar, write music, paint and act as if I knew what I was doing in the garden..,
Health and self improvement is important to me, on a holistic level, meaning physical, mental and spiritual, so I walk a lot, especially in nature, I meditate, do calithenics and try to learn something new every day. Of course this doesn't mean I don't like a good party and dancing my ass off (only to metal or if I'm on drugs)..,

PHILOSOPHY

Balance is everything..,
Live love and learn..,
Be free and just breathe..,
What could possibly go wrong?

I believe that we are more than the sum of our parts. I also believe that being part of something is much better than fighting against something. Better to have friends than enemies. Building a society that works is the responsibility of everyone..,

We are in some way all connected. Making these connections stronger and mutually beneficial is something without which I would not want to live as a human..,

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Right now I am hosting and I can show people around Budapest when I am off from work..,

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have hosted people in Budapest and I have travelled to India through couchsurfing, which was an unforgettable experience..,

Interests

I spend my free time learning languages, painting, writing music and filmmaking, doing yoga (very beginners level) and breathing exercises, learning more permaculture "skills", enjoying nature, travelling, studying modern physics and sciences, partying, dancing, adventure sports..,

Music, Movies, and Books

I love rock, flamenco, swing, drum'n'bass and other modern electronic genres which pop up every other minute, opera, hiphop, tribal beats and ethnic as far as music goes. I have enjoyed watching Cloud Atlas, about 11 times, The Hitchhikers' Guide to the Galaxy, Dancer in the Darkness, Green Mile, Shawshank Redemption and many others too many to name.
All books about science and languages interest me. I also dig the works of Fritjof Capra, Paulo Coelho or Carlos Castaneda for example..,

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Besides life in general? Living in many different places I have met many wonderful people, experienced a lot of "wtf" moments and learned so much about the world that now I basically know nothing. This to me in itself is the most amazing, but white water rafting in New Zealand was quite excellent as well, or a three day nonstop party in Nepal, or having my own first exhibition for my paintings..,

Teach, Learn, Share

I guess free peoples of Earth must unite and bring down all barriers that keep us separated, we all have a role to play in this game even if it is just finding out what our role is..,

Humanity has reached a point where it is of utmost importance to start working on a society that can last into the future, and a way of being on this Earth that leaves space for all the beings that wish to exist..,

What I Can Share with Hosts

I have some well interesting stories to share and I love to socialise, good company, cooking hungarian dishes (if the ingredients are to be found), maybe jamming together, if the standard of music doesn't need to be too high..,

Countries I’ve Visited

Austria, Croatia, Czech Republic, France, Germany, India, Italy, Mexico, Morocco, Nepal

Countries I’ve Lived In
